Finnish taste Vorshmack is made from lamb.
Cut the meat. Peel and chop the onion and fry lightly in fat in a pan. Grind the meat and anchovies in a food processor. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and add the tomato paste and beef stock to the extent that there will be porridge -like mixture. Cook the mixture over low heat for about 30 minutes. Check the taste. Serve with potatoes, sour cream and pickles.
