Prepare the pasta according to package instructions. In the meantime, Chop the onions and fry them in oil for a few minutes. Add a small cubed tofu and continue cooking until tofu gets crusty surface. Add a small cut broccoli into the pan and continue cooking for a further 5 minutes. Mix the tofu-broccoli mix into the finished pasta and season with salt and pepper. Serve with a fresh salad.
