Ingredients

  • 400 grams solid tofu
  • 1 pieces onion
  • 1 tablespoons rapeseed oil
  • 400 grams crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 deciliters coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Preparation instructions

Chop the tofu into cubes and chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and add onions and tofu pieces. Bake for about 5 minutes. Add soy sauce to the pan and fry as long as they are golden brown. Add tomatoes and coconut into the pan. Heat the sauce over medium heat for about five minutes. Finally, add the salt. Tofu sauce is ideal side dish with cooked rice.
