Ingredients

  • 300 grams soft, unflavored tofu
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 20 grams leaf parsley
  • 2 pieces cloves of garlic

Preparation instructions

Put into a blender tofu, olive oil, salt, chopped parsley and garlic cloves crushed. Stir until creamy. You can also use the hand blender.
