Ingredients

  • 200 grams frozen spinach
  • 2 pieces onions
  • 250 grams kidney beans
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder
  • 2,5 deciliters oat cream
  • 2 deciliters water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons lemonade
  • 4 deciliters wholegrain macaroni

Preparation instructions

Melt frozen spinach and put oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Boil macaroni for 2-3 minutes, Peel and chop the onions, glaze the onions in a pan in a little olive oil for a few minutes.
