Härkis pie

Completely vegan pie that tastes heavenly!

  • 100 grams margarine (dairy free)
  • 2 deciliters wheat flour (you can use gluten free flour too)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 0,25 teaspoons salt


  • 250 grams Härkis - bean protein
  • 1 pieces bell peppers
  • 1 pieces onions
  • 150 grams vegetable creme fraiché
  • 150 grams vegetable cheese
  • 1,5 deciliters soy yogurt
  • 0,25 teaspoons pepper
  • 30 grams parsley

Preparation instructions

Mix the margarine and flour with your fingers. Add the cold water and salt. Mix the dough until smooth. Press dough on bottom and sides of 26 cm pie dish. Mix Härkis and diced bell pepper. Finely chop the onion and add to the mixture. Mix the other ingredients for the filling and pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake at 175 degrees for approx. 35 min.
