Everybody likes, falafel buns!
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion. Measure the chickpeas, graham flour, peeled garlic cloves and dry spices in a food processor. Mix the mixture until it´s smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the chopped onion, herbs, tahini and lemon juice. Swirl the mass by floured hands and roll the buns quickly in graham flour. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the buns until the falafels have beautiful golden brown color.
