Ingredients

  • 180 grams potatoes
  • 3 pieces carrots
  • 1 pieces leeks
  • 2 pieces cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons rapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 3 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 pieces chili peppers
  • 8 deciliters water
  • 4 deciliters light coconut milk
  • 460 grams chickpeas
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Preparation instructions

Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots into cubes. Chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the vegetables, tomato paste and spices. Sauté vegetables in a saucepan for about five minutes. Add water, coconut milk and chickpeas. Simmer the soup for about 20 minutes.
