Chicken sauce

  • 400 grams chicken fillet
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pieces onions
  • 4 deciliters water
  • 1 pieces vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons curry
  • 1 deciliters water
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour (you can use gluten free flour too)

Preparation instructions

Fry the chicken in oil and cut for a smaller pieces. Add chopped onion, water, vegetable stock cube and seasonings . Simmer for about 15 minutes. Prepare a thickener by mixing water and flour. Add a thickener to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
