Ingredients

  • 2 pieces carrots
  • 1 pieces persimon
  • 1 pieces mandarins
  • 1 pieces limes
  • 1 deciliters water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons honey
  • 0,5 teaspoons salt
  • 0,5 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 pieces onions
  • 1 tablespoons canola oil

Preparation instructions

Chop the carrots, persimon and mandarin into small cubes, Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the vegetables. Turn the vegetables for a few minutes and add the spices, soy, honey and water. Allow the mixture to brew under the lid, over low heat for about 15 minutes. Finally, add the lime juice and add salt if necessary. Enjoy as a side dish of protein.
