Cook the quinoa according to package instructions. (NOTE: See from My Day Meal recipes) Season chickpeas in your way, for example with paprika powder and turmeric. Bake the chickpeas in a pan quickly, with a little canola oil. Chop the honey melon and avocados. Shred the red cabbage. Arrange all ingredients in a bowl beautifully.
