Mealmyday.com service terms and conditions (since 01/2015 )
This document is a legally binding agreement between the customer and mealmyday.com service offered by Meal My Day Ltd. It controls how the customer can use the provider’s web service and what are the responsibilities of the service provider to the customer. These terms and conditions must be read carefully before using the service.
In these terms is described the terms and conditions of the use of services and materials published, and the privacy policy. The Service Provider has the right to update these terms and conditions, and to change the content of the website without prior notice. These terms and conditions and our website is subject to the laws of Finland.
The service aims to develop the service and to enable uninterrupted operation. The Service Provider has the right to modify or delete parts of the service or its content, structure, service times, or other service issues. Customer is responsible on his/her own expense for the necessary changes of the devices and IT software.

The service is, in principle, available 24 hours a day, unless a different time of availability for a certain service is reported. The service provider does not give any direct or indirect guarantee of the functioning of service or its traits and does not guarantee that the service will always function and run error-free. The Service has always the right to without compensation terminate provision of the service, in whole or in part, as well as the right to temporarily take down the service or a part of it for maintenance or other reasons.
The service provider may, if considered necessary, without prior notice prevent the customer to access the service and / or receiving the service.
Use of Mealmyday.com service
The customer receives a restricted license to the service according to the terms of service. The customer receives the service and uses it at his/her own risk. Customer is responsible for the purchase, installation, maintenance and costs of the hardware, software, telecommunications and data transmission acquisition required in using of the service. The customer may not combine or use the service in such a way that it causes undue stress or other harm to the network, the network connection to other networks, service users, other third parties or the service provider. The service provider may provide more detailed instructions about the network load and unpermitted use. Use of certain components of the service requires registration. The administration has the right to intervene in the apparent misuse situations.
Personal information
Service Provider complies with the Finnish Personal Data Act (523/1999) in processing of personal data and registration. The service provider uses customer personal information primarily to offer free and pay services included in the e-services to the user, but can also provide other services. The user shall give the service provider the necessary and correct personal and other information required in using the service. The customer, who uses the published contents of the service, contacts are, in principle, confidential information that Service Provider will not disclose to a third party.
The service process the user's personal data in relation to the service provided, in response to user inquiries sent and feedback , to improve the products and services, for statistical purposes, as well as other customer relationship management purposes. The service provider can use the supplied personal data for marketing purposes according to the Personal Data Act.
User right of prohibition, correction and inspection
The user has the right to forbid the disclosure and handling of personal information for direct advertising, telemarketing and other direct marketing. The user has the right to inspect the register of the personal data relating to the Personal Data Act. Inspection is free of charge once a year. User's request, the service provider will correct, delete or supplement without undue delay, the purpose of reading incorrect, unnecessary , incomplete or outdated personal data. Conclusion of the agreement and the purchase of service

The customer chooses the payment method. If the customer pays with a debit or credit card, and allows charging of the debit or credit card, the customer confirms that they have the right to do the purchase, and that they are the holder of the card (the card is in the name of the customer). The agreement is either valid for a period, or the service provider terminates it. The termination will become effective when the ongoing, already paid subscription period has ended. Service Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and close the customer's account at any time if the customer misuses or is suspected of misusing the service. If the service provider terminates this Agreement or closes the customer account to something other than the above mentioned reasons, the service provider shall not be responsible or liable for the customer to compensate any paid fees.
Pricing
Service Provider has the right to from time to time change the prices of paid services. Price changes are effective as of the current payment period expires (i.e. at the end of the period, of which the client has already paid for). the customer will be notified of all the price changes. If the customer does not agree to changes in the price of the service, they are entitled to terminate the service subscription. Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the new price if the customer continues the use of mealmyday.com pay service after learning of the price changes.
Right of cancellation
Mealmyday.com service cannot be cancelled, accepting these conditions will lead to the obligation to pay.

The Service Provider is not responsible for any indirect damages. Customer liability

None of the information provided orally or in writing by the service, does not constitute a warranty from the service provider.
Rights to the service and the material included in the service

Copyright, intellectual property rights and other rights to the appearance and any materials on the service are protected by the Service Provider or its contractual partners. The customer is aware that the open data network includes a security risk. The service aims to organize the privacy and security of its information systems generally acceptable, and to prevent unauthorized access to information systems. The Service Provider is not responsible for the information security of the customer using the service. The customer is responsible for the protection and data security of the computers, computer systems, local area network or other similar devices or systems that using the service requires.
